Do you need training for your volunteer or hired team to learn how to use your broadcasting / livestreaming software and equipment?
With Virtual Tech Training you will get an in-depth, one-on-one training session with an experienced tech to help you and/or your team navigate your complicated software or hardware devices and equipment.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, or if you know a little bit and just want to become well versed in how to use your equipment, we are able to train you to get to the next level.
**Note: Each session is a maximum of 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes). If your session takes longer than 90 minutes there will be an additional fee for 30 minutes of ‘overtime’.
If a session needs more than 2 hours (120 minutes) to complete the tasks, you will have to pay for a new 90 minute session. If your technician is available and there is an open time slot immediately after your previous session, then your new session can begin without any interruptions.
However in some cases if there is no availability immediately after your initial session, your next session will have to be rescheduled at the next available open time slot.
