No! If you need support, you can start a chat or you can pay the one time session fee to connect to an experienced technician.
If you’re working on an extended project, learning a new software, or just need ongoing technical help, you can sign up for the monthly subscription to save money by avoiding having to pay a fee for each session.

Your login credentials will be emailed to you after you make your first purchase. Your username will always be the first email you used to make your first purchase. In your inbox, you will get a link to reset your password. Change your password and  then log in to your account.

It depends. If you’re having connection problems while trying to broadcast your event, or some other live streaming related questions, we can help with that. However, general internet troubleshooting questions aren’t our specialty so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to support these kinds of issues.

While we’re sorry that you’re having those issues, we only specialize in broadcasting technology and audio / video troubleshooting and training. Unfortunately, we are unable to help with general computer troubleshooting.
